Leftovers Pizza Pie

Have plenty of holiday leftovers? Making a simple & delicious pizza with your extra ingredients is the perfect way to clean out your fridge!


Makes one pizza


Ingredients:

• 1 Italian Pizza Crust or Broccoli Pizza Crust

• 3 tbsp keto cauliflower mash

• 2 oz shredded mozzarella

• 2 oz shredded turkey

• 3 tbsp low carb stuffing

• Cranberry sauce, for topping (if you’re cutting carbs, use a no sugar added sauce)


Oven Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 425º

2. If you want a crispier crust, while the oven is preheating, place the Pizza Crust with no toppings in for 5 minutes

3. Remove from the oven, and spread a thin layer of cauliflower mash across the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella, shredded turkey, and crumbles of stuffing

4. Put back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 425º. 

5. Top with dollops of cranberry sauce. Enjoy!


Air Fryer Preparation:

1. Pre-bake the Pizza Crust with no toppings for 4 minutes at 350º

2. Remove from the air fryer, and spread a thin layer of cauliflower mash across the crust. Top with shredded mozzarella, shredded turkey, and crumbles of stuffing

3. Put back in the air fryer and bake for 5 minutes at 350º. 

4. Top with dollops of cranberry sauce. Enjoy!
