This recipe comes together in 10 minutes, delivers satisfying flavor, and sneaks in extra veggies thanks to our cauliflower-based Italian or Original Sandwich Slices (hello, 10g of protein per serving).

Whether you’re keeping it simple or adding turkey for extra protein, this tomato toast hits the spot.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 Italian or Original Sandwich Slices, toasted

  • ¼ cup mayo (or 2 tbsp mayo + 2 tbsp Greek yogurt for more protein and fewer calories)

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 lemon, divided into halves

  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

  • 1 ripe tomato, sliced

  • Flaky salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chives, finely chopped

  • Olive oil, for drizzling

  • Optional: sliced turkey

How to Make It:

  1. Make the Smoky Spread: Stir together the mayo (or mayo/yogurt combo), smoked paprika, salt, and lemon juice.

  2. Build the Toast Base: Top each toasted Sandwich Slice with a slice of cheddar cheese. Broil or bake until the cheese is melty.
