This vibrant avocado toast stacks up creamy avocado, savory smoked salmon, and crisp veggies — all on top of our low-carb Sandwich Slices.

It’s easy to make, packed with flavor, and loaded with healthy fats, protein, and fiber. Basically, it’s brunch energy without the wait.

Ingredients

  • 2 OA Gourmet Original Sandwich Slices

  • 1 small ripe avocado

  • Juice of 1/4 lemon

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 2 oz smoked salmon

  • A few slices of red onion

  • Green onion or chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Toast your Sandwich Slices until golden.

  2. While those toast, mash your avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the mashed avocado on each slice.

  4. Top with smoked salmon, sliced red onion, and a sprinkle of green onion or chives.

  5. Finish with an extra crack of pepper and a little flaky salt if you're feeling fancy.

  6. Optional: add a poached egg for egg-stra protein.
