Mini pepperoni pizza in someones hand


A fan favorite this week - deep dish mini pizzas made with our Cauliflower Sandwich Rounds!

Summer is in the air as temperatures are rising, it's time to invite your friends over for a pool day and put out the snacks. This week we're bringing you a Keto snack that will fly off the plate, be sure to make extras! It's super easy to prepare and won't sacrifice the summer bod you've been working hard on, let's get started!

INGREDIENTS:

You will bake this recipe in a 6 unit cake pan (see video)

 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Step 1:

  • Preheat the oven to 375º
  • Prepare your 6 unit baking pan
  • Add one cauliflower sandwich round to the base of each space

Step 2:

  • Add 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese to each sandwich round
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning to each sandwich round
  • Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce to each sandwich round
  • Stir contents

Step 3:

  • Add 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese to each sandwich round
  • Place 3 mini pepperoni to each sandwich round
  • Cover with tin foil

Step 4:

  • Bake at 375º for 10 minutes

Step 5: 

  • Remove from oven, let sit for 3-5 minutes 

Serve and Enjoy!

    We suggest you thaw them and you can even crisp them up some before. You can try a frying pan, toaster oven with a tight woven rack, standing toaster or an air fryer. An air fryer at 400 for 5-7 minutes for our Sandwich Thins and 7-9 minutes for our Pizza Crusts should be perfect. Another tip would be to crisp up the Sandwich Thins or Pizza Crusts a bit before adding sauce/condiments and toppings
