Mini Deep Dish Pizzas Made with OAG Cauliflower Sandwich Thins

A fan favorite this week - deep dish mini pizzas made with our Cauliflower Sandwich Thins!

Summer is in the air as temperatures are rising, it's time to invite your friends over for a pool day and put out the snacks. This week we're bringing you a Keto snack that will fly off the plate, be sure to make extras! It's super easy to prepare and won't sacrifice the summer bod you've been working hard on, let's get started!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack Outer Aisle Gourmet Sandwich Thins (6 slices)
  • 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 6 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 12 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 6 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
  • 18 mini pepperoni

You will bake this recipe in a 6 unit cake pan (see video)

 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Step 1:

  • Preheat the oven to 375º
  • Prepare your 6 unit baking pan
  • Add one cauliflower sandwich thin to the base of each space

Step 2:

  • Add 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese to each sandwich thin
  • Add 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning to each sandwich thin
  • Add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce to each sandwich thin
  • Stir contents

Step 3:

  • Add 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese to each sandwich thin
  • Place 3 mini pepperoni to each sandwich thin
  • Cover with tin foil

Step 4:

  • Bake at 375º for 10 minutes

Step 5: 

  • Remove from oven, let sit for 3-5 minutes 

Serve and Enjoy!
