INGREDIENTS 

  • 2 Original Sandwich Rounds
  • 1/2 cup spinach 
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/4 of medium avocado
  • 1.5oz fresh mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp green goddess dressing

PREPARATION

  1. Toast Sandwich Rounds
  2. Layer spinach, cucumber, avocado and fresh mozzarella on top of Sandwich Round
  3. Drizzle dressing on top of layers
  4. Top with the second Sandwich Round
  5. Snap a picture
  6. Enjoy!
