Carbslayer Keto Quesadilla

Try the Carbslayer’s Quesadilla recipe using our delicious, low carb Pizza Crusts, available in Jalapeño or Italian. (Just promise us that you’ll go overboard with the cheese.)



  • One pack of Outer Aisle Pizza Crusts
  • ½ cup of cheddar cheese
  • 1 small skirt steak (or choice protein)
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • ½ medium tomato, chopped

Prepping your steak:

  1. Combine cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne in mixing bowl and rub both sides of steak generously with spice mix
  2. Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature
  3. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high before adding steak
  4. Cook for 3 minutes on each side (or 4-5 minutes, depending on your preference)
  5. Transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing

Quesadilla time:

  1. Lay one crust in a lightly oiled skillet, heat at medium
  2. Sprinkle on the cheese
  3. Add steak, jalapeño, and tomatoes
  4. Top with your second crust Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, or until cheese melts

Pair with fresh lime, your favorite hot sauce, and sliced avocado for the perfect keto celebration meal.
