INGREDIENTS
- 1 Jalapeño Sandwich Round
- 1/3 medium avocado
- 2 oz shrimp
- 2 tbsp (26g) mango pico de gallo
PREPARATION
- Air fry or toast Sandwich Round to desired temperature
- Let cool while pan frying shrimp
- Top round with mango pico
- Add with avocado
- Top with shrimp (or protein of choice)
- Enjoy!
