Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Tacos
Start your day with a power-packed breakfast that's not only delicious but also loaded with 40g protein! These Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Tacos are perfect for fueling your morning and keeping you energized all day long.
Ingredients:
• 1 breakfast sausage (your favorite variety)
• 2 large eggs
• 2-3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 OA Gourmet Sandwich Slices, toasted
Instructions:
1. Toast your Sandwich Slices and set aside.
2. Pan fry your favorite breakfast sausage until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Add eggs to the pan and scramble them to your desired consistency.
4. When the eggs are almost done, sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese and fold it in until melted and creamy.
5. Transfer the sausage, egg, and cheese mixture onto the Sandwich Slices to create your breakfast tacos.
