Brie & Prosciutto Bites
Make this delicious & low carb appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner or serve it at your next holiday party.
Makes 24 bites
Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Original Sandwich Slices, cut into quarters
• Wedge of brie, cut into small slices
• Container of cranberry sauce or prepared from your favorite recipe
• 1 pack of prosciutto
• Fresh rosemary
Oven Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 425º.
2. While the oven is preheating, pop the Original Sandwich Slice quarters in for 3-5 minutes, or until lightly crisped
3. Remove from the oven, and top with a layer of brie, a dollop of cranberry sauce, and a bit of prosciutto (about half of one slice, torn lengthwise). Repeat with the remaining pieces.
4. Put back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 425º
5. Top each with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary & enjoy!
Air Fryer Preparation:
1. Toast the Original Sandwich Slice quarters in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 350º.
2. Remove from the oven, and top with a layer of brie, a dollop of cranberry sauce, and a bit of prosciutto (about half of one slice, torn lengthwise). Repeat with the remaining pieces.
3. Put back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 425º
4. Top each with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary & enjoy!
