These delicious pancakes can be used for breakfast, dessert or to accompany afternoon coffee or tea!
Ingredients:
- 3 Outer Aisle Original Cauliflower Sandwich Rounds – toasted
- Warm butter, optional
- 2 tbsp organic raspberry low sugar jam
- Fresh blueberries & raspberries
- Powdered sugar for dusting on top
Cooking Directions:
Toast the Cauliflower Sandwich Rounds and top with warm butter (if desired).
Spread jam over the Cauliflower Sandwich Rounds and top with fresh fruit.
Sprinkle with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
