Keto-friendly Quiche Recipe
We're kicking Cinco de Mayo week off with a Keto Quiche recipe with a little extra spice. We hope you enjoy!Shop Outer Aisle
- 1 pack Outer Aisle Pizza Crusts
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup cream or milk (we used organic whole milk for recipe)
- 1 cup of Mexican blend grated cheese
- Red & yellow pepper strips
- Sliced jalapenos
- Optional: Fresh cilantro
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place 1 crust on the bottom of pie dish
Cut the 2nd pizza crust in 4 equal strips.
Place strips along side of quiche dish.
Place cheese in a clump on top of bottom crust.
Whip eggs and cream together.
Pour eggs over the cheese mixture.
Place red & yellow pepper strips across the egg mixture.
Top with sliced jalapenos and fresh cilantro Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
