Keto-friendly Quiche Recipe

We're kicking Cinco de Mayo week off with a Keto Quiche recipe with a little extra spice. We hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Outer Aisle Jalapeño Pizza Crusts
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream or milk (we used organic whole milk for recipe)
  • 1 cup of Mexican blend grated cheese
  • Red & yellow pepper strips
  • Sliced jalapenos
  • Optional: Fresh cilantro

Directions:

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2:

Place 1 crust on the bottom of pie dish

Step 3:

Cut the 2nd pizza crust in 4 equal strips.

Step 4:

Place strips along side of quiche dish.

Step 5:

Place cheese in a clump on top of bottom crust.

Step 6:

Whip eggs and cream together.

Step 7:

Pour eggs over the cheese mixture.

Step 8:

Place red & yellow pepper strips across the egg mixture.

Step 9:

Top with sliced jalapenos and fresh cilantro Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
