Quick & Easy Keto Friendly Nachos
Nothing beats a quick & easy recipe in our book. Whether you're hosting a party, snacking while watching sports, or want a fast dinner, this recipe is for you. This recipe calls for using the oven, but we also love the air fryer!
INGREDIENTS:
For the nachos:
• 1 pack of Outer Aisle Jalapeño Sandwich Rounds
• 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-style blend cheese
• 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 cup pico de gallo, store bought or homemade, plus more for topping
Optional toppings:
• Sour cream
• Guacamole
• Cilantro
• Diced white onion
• Sliced green onions
• Salsa verde
• Hot sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425º Fahrenheit
2. Take your Jalapeño Sandwich Rounds and cut into triangles
3. Place cut Jalapeño Sandwich Rounds on a baking sheet with a wire rack and bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the Rounds start to crisp up like chips
4. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheese, then return the baking sheet to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted
5. Remove from the oven and carefully transfer to a plate or serving dish
6. Top with black beans, pico de gallo, and any other preferred toppings
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
