Everything But the Bagel Avocado Toast

Ingredients:
• 1 OA Gourmet Everything Sandwich Slice, toasted
• 1 ripe avocado
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1-2 tsp everything bagel seasoning (plus more for topping)
• 3-4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
• 1 fried or sunny-side-up egg
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mash the avocado with the juice of 1/2 lemon. Add 1-2 teaspoons of everything bagel seasoning and mix until everything is well combined.
2. Meanwhile, toast an Everything Sandwich Slice until it's golden brown.
3. Spread the seasoned avocado mixture evenly on the toasted Sandwich Slice. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes.
4. Top the avocado and tomatoes with the fried or sunny-side-up egg.
5. Sprinkle a bit more everything bagel seasoning on top.
