This week we are so excited to create one of our favorite pizzas, it's one that will dazzle the eyes and the stomach - BBQ Chicken Pizza!

Outer Aisle pizza crusts hold an incredibly flavorful texture that you need with a hearty pizza like BBQ Chicken. The combination of protein, sweet red onions, melted cheese, and cilantro will surely excite your family and leave everyone coming back for more. The following recipe is for 2 BBQ chicken pizzas, if you need to make more simply double the recipe.

We really enjoy topping off this recipe with our good friends Primal Kitchen, they make an amazing ranch dressing with healthy ingredients like avocado oil.

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Step 1:

-Preheat the oven to 350º

-Shred your chicken breast and coat lightly with BBQ sauce

-Take one Cauliflower Pizza Crust and lay it flat on a wire baking rack

Step 2:

-Apply 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce, spread evenly around pizza crust

-Add half cup of mozzarella cheese

-Add BBQ chicken evenly to your preference

-Add chopped red onions

Step 3:

-Place wire baking rack & pizza in oven for 7-10 minutes (depending on your over, watch it carefully) until cheese is bubbling and crust is crispy.

Step 4:

-Pull pizza out of oven, let sit for 3-5 minutes

 

Step 5:

-Add finely chopped cilantro

-Lightly drizzle Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing

-Halve a ripe avocado and place on top of pizza
