    These cauliflower pizza crusts are amazing. I tried making my own at home, and they were pretty good, but nothing like this. We’ve tried them for pizzas, burritos and wraps and all turned out delicious. I’m also really happy that Whole Foods now carries them near my home in Santa Barbara.

  2. I just found this product for the first time at Rainbow Grocery in San Francisco. I have been tempted to try making cauliflower crust, but hadn’t done so. I was glad to find these. First off, they are pliable and soft out of the bag, but don’t tear. Instructions suggest baking on the rack, or on a pizza stone. I baked mine on a pizza stone, topped with a little sauce and some cheese. The flavor was delicious! On the pizza stone, the crust came out soft and moist (rather than crispy), and it was hard to get the pizza out of the oven. Therefore, I don’t recommend using a pizza stone. But the flavor was so good, I’m looking forward to baking the next one straight on the rack. Thank you for this great product!
