Picture this: it’s the weekend, and you’re on the couch watching football with a crispy, flavor-packed Jalapeño Popper Pizza all to yourself. Sound like the perfect day? Then you have to try this ultimate Game Day pizza recipe with 3 types of cheese, spicy jalapeños, and crispy bacon!


Makes one pizza


INGREDIENTS:

• 1 Italian Pizza Crust

• 2 tbsp softened cream cheese

• 1 oz shredded mozzarella

• 1 oz shredded cheddar

• 1 tbsp thinly sliced jalapeños (use more or less depending on your spice preference)

• 2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped


OVEN PREPARATION:

1. Preheat the oven to 425º

2. If you want a crispier crust, while the oven is preheating, place the Pizza Crust with no toppings in for 5 minutes

3. Remove from the oven, and spread softened cream cheese in a thin layer on the crust (in place of pizza sauce)

4. Top with a blend of shredded mozzarella and shredded cheddar

5. Add thinly sliced jalapeños and chopped bacon

6. Put back in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 425º. Enjoy!


AIR FRYER PREPARATION:

1. Pre-bake the Pizza Crust with no toppings for 4 minutes at 350º

2. Remove from the air fryer, and spread softened cream cheese in a thin layer on the crust (in place of pizza sauce)

3. Top with a blend of shredded mozzarella and shredded cheddar

4. Add thinly sliced jalapeños and crispy chopped bacon

5. Put back in the air fryer and bake for 5 minutes at 350º. Enjoy!
