  • 2 Original Sandwich Thins
  • 1/2 cup spinach¬†
  • 1/2 cup¬†cucumber
  • 1/4 of medium avocado
  • 1.5oz fresh mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp green goddess dressing

PREPARATION

  1. Toast Sandwich Thins
  2. Layer spinach, cucumber, avocado and fresh mozzarella on top of Sandwich Thin
  3. Drizzle dressing on top of layers
  4. Top with the second Sandwich Thin
  5. Snap a picture
