four ways to cauliflower

1. Cauli steaks: Slice cauliflower 🔪into 1.5 inch thick slices. Coat with olive oil, paprika, cayenne🌶, salt🧂, pepper and garlic powder. Roast 🔥at 425 degrees on a sheet pan for 20 minutes, flipping the steaks halfway through cooking.

2. Cauli soup: In а large pot оvеr medium heat🔥, heat oil. Add onion аnd cook untіl soft, 6 minutes. Add garlic аnd cook untіl fragrant, 1 minute. Add cauliflower, vegetable stock, thyme🌱, аnd thе bay leaf аnd bring uр tо а simmer. Cook untіl cauliflower іѕ vеrу tender, 15 tо 20 minutes. Whеn vegetables аrе tender, remove thyme аnd bay leaf аnd discard. Blend wіth immersion blender оr transfer tо а blender іn batches аnd blend untіl smooth. Stir іn cream аnd reheat іf needed. 3. Mashed cauliflower: In a large bowl, add 22 oz of steamed cauliflower, 2 tablespoons butter🍿, salt, pepper, and a 1/4 cup of milk 🥛(or milk alternative). Mash together until thick and creamy. Top with chives and enjoy as a healthy side dish (or main course).

  • What did I do wrong? Made pizza tonight using your cauliflower crust. I put in on the oven rack and when I went to take it out of the oven it disintegrated and fell through the rack onto the oven door. It was one big pile of mush. Tasted good though. Should I cook the crusts first before putting pizza sauce and other toppings on it? btw, I had the oven at 425 and cooked it for 10 min.
