Tacos With Cauliflower Sandwich Thins

Lets be honest, tacos are about as close as one can get to absolute perfection. The warm, crisp tortilla filled with perfectly seasoned protein, fresh vegetables, onions, and topped with cilantro or a crisp radish; doesn't get much better than that.

  • I, too, am curious to know if these can be fried.

  • Good Question. I’m on the Ideal Protein Diet and we cant do fried food but I’m thinking about placing them in my oven hanging upside down on the oven rack (between the slats) and seeing if they brown and cook like that. If so, that would help them retain their shape in the form of a taco shell.

  • I wish you would give more specific instructions on how to use your sandwich thins in recipes. Specifically the best way to warm up your sandwich thins. All you say is use certain items to warm up sandwich thins, but there’s really a lack of specificity!
